Across the country, TESDA-certified graduates struggle to find steady work, customers cannot easily find verified pros, and there is little reliable data on skilled labor. Trabahadoor closes those gaps with one platform: fair, visible work for workers, trusted service for customers, and real insight for the communities we serve.
It started at home.
We chose Tacloban City, our hometown, as the place to prove the idea. A focused pilot here taught us things a big-city launch never could, and those lessons carry over to towns and cities across the country far better than data from a metro ever would.
In its first year, the platform connected 173 skilled workers with thousands of customers and processed hundreds of thousands of pesos in fair, transparent pay. In March 2026, the Ormoc City Government unanimously passed an ordinance to partner with us, making Ormoc our first Area Partner city beyond Tacloban.
That city-by-city model, with local government and local operators working alongside us, is the blueprint we are now taking across the Visayas and beyond.

How do I book a service?
Download the app, choose a service category, and post your job. You get matched with a verified pro and can track them live on the way. Bookings are available during normal working hours, from 6am to 10pm.

Yes. Workers submit a TESDA National Certificate, an NBI clearance, and a government ID, and pass an onboarding review before they appear on the platform. If a certificate has expired, that status is shown at booking so you can decide with full information.
How much does a service cost?
Most services use standardized pricing shown clearly in the app at the time of booking. The price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise charges.
How do payments work?
Payments go through the app using secure payment processors or your app credit balance. For some jobs you can settle in cash with the worker, with app credit used to confirm the booking and repaid afterward.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled service. Cancelling within 2 hours incurs a ₱150 fee. Pre-paid services cancelled early are refunded in full within 3 to 5 business days.
