FAQ

How do I cancel a booking? +
Free cancellation any time before your worker is in-transit. Within 2 hours of the scheduled time or once the worker has started moving, a ₱100 fee applies. After 3 paid cancellations, accounts may be suspended.
How are prices set? +
Standardized rates across the platform - set in consultation with workers and customers. Average transaction size is around ₱635. Tipping is encouraged and goes 100% to the worker.
What hours can I book? +
Standard hours are 6 AM to 10 PM. Verified customers can post quick jobs outside these hours.
How do I pay? +
Workers are currently accepting cash payments because of our zero commission promo. Eventually, payments can also be processed securely through the app. We will support GCash, Maya, and major cards. After service completion, the worker is paid through their wallet.
