December 2025: Our Biggest Month
December 2025 set a new record for Trabahadoor, crossing a six-figure monthly gross transaction milestone and becoming the highest single month in our pilot.
What Drove the Surge
The holiday season created a sharp spike in demand across three categories:
Housekeeping & Cleaning, Families preparing their homes for Christmas gatherings booked cleaning services at the highest rate we’ve seen. Our cleaners were fully booked for most of December.
Aircon Cleaning & Maintenance, The pre-holiday rush to have aircon units serviced before hosting family gatherings kept our Ref/Aircon workers busy throughout the month.
Event Manpower, Corporate parties, family reunions, and community events drove strong demand for bartenders, kitchen helpers, and event staff.
Worker Earnings Highlight
Several workers crossed significant income milestones in December alone, with our busiest providers handling packed holiday schedules while keeping more of what they earned.
What This Tells Us
The holiday demand spike confirms two things:
- Seasonal planning matters, We need to have more workers on standby heading into Q4 each year
- Local demand is real, Tacloban residents are actively looking for reliable, verified home service workers and are willing to pay for quality
January Projection
We anticipate a natural slowdown in January as post-holiday spending tightens, but our customer base is now significantly larger heading into 2026. The pipeline is strong.
