Year One: The Pilot Worked
After nine months of operations in Tacloban City, the numbers are in — and they validate everything we set out to prove.
The Numbers
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Gross Transactions | ₱303,875 |
| Verified Workers | 173 |
| App Users | 4,486 |
| Jobs Completed | 960 |
| Monthly Growth Rate | 135% |
| Customer-to-Worker Ratio | 25:1 |
Top Earning Workers
Our top three workers in Year One:
- ₱70,604 — 70 jobs completed
- ₱62,750 — 95 jobs completed
- ₱52,813 — 86 jobs completed
These workers kept 100% of every peso they earned in Year One. That’s the Trabahadoor promise — and it worked.
What December Told Us
Our best single month was December 2025: ₱112,755 in transactions. Holiday demand for housekeeping, aircon, and event manpower services drove a 70% jump from November. This seasonal pattern is something we’ll prepare for in Year Two.
Looking Ahead
With Ormoc City launching in March 2026 and funding conversations underway for Cebu, Negros Island Region, and Northern Mindanao, we are confident that the Tacloban model is scalable.
